Client Agreement Overview:

Sales Family is dedicated to delivering an unparalleled level of mentorship and training aimed at preparing individuals for successful careers in high-ticket sales. This agreement outlines the comprehensive services provided through our Sales Family Training program, designed to build expertise, confidence, and success in the world of remote high-ticket sales.

Investment from client: ($5,000)/Paid in full/ monthly installments through a payment provider.

 


 

Services Provided:

The following services are included in the Sales Family Training program. The client understands this is an intensive training program that requires dedication and active participation. Success in the program will depend on the client's commitment to applying the strategies, techniques, and guidance provided by Sales Family.

Advanced Sales Training & Development:

Payment Support & Reimbursement Policy

At Sales Family, our priority is ensuring every client has the opportunity to stay consistent in their training and reach success within the program. To help with this, Sales Family may, at its discretion, temporarily hold and apply earned commissions through a company payment method to assist in covering an upcoming or recent program payment — providing additional flexibility and protection for clients who are actively participating and meeting performance standards.

To qualify for this support, the client must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Formal Request: The client must submit a written request for reimbursement or payment assistance before their scheduled payment date through personally notifying a Sales Family Admin.

  2. Active Participation: The client must remain engaged in the program — attending classes (5 per period), setting appointments (15 minimum) and maintaining communication with mentors.

  3. Good Standing: The client must not have any active chargebacks, disputes, or policy violations.

Sales Family will review each request individually and may:

  • Apply held commissions to help the client stay current on payments while maintaining access to training and mentorship.

  • Offer reimbursement options for qualified clients who meet the above requirements.

  • Suspend future assistance eligibility if communication or participation requirements are not maintained.

This system is designed to protect the client’s progress and program access, ensuring that financial logistics never become a barrier to completing the training and reaching their goals. All reimbursements or applied funds are at the discretion of Sales Family, based on verified participation and eligibility.

Cancellation Policy & Performance Requirements

This Cancellation Policy applies to all participants enrolled in the Sales Family Training Program regardless of signature. In order to be eligible for a refund, the participant (“Client”) must complete each of the following requirements in full. And must wait a total of 3 months before requesting cancellation. Any request to cancel prior to 3 months will void the "Client" of all cancellation rights. These requirements are designed to ensure that the Client has taken all necessary steps to implement the training, engage with mentorship, and apply the program material to real-world sales efforts.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Sales Call Observation

    • Client must listen to a minimum of twenty-five (25) recorded sales calls provided by Sales Family.

  • Appointment Setting Quota

    • Client must successfully set a minimum of fifteen (15) qualified sales calls within any consecutive thirty (30) day period during their enrollment.

  • Sales Process Documentation & Objection Training

    • Client must submit a complete written outline of the Sales Family sales call structure, including key stages of the sales process.

    • In addition, Client must train on and submit written strategies for overcoming specific objections encountered during the sales process.

  • Role Play Participation

    • Client must complete a minimum of two (2) structured role play sessions with Sales Family representatives Logan and Kaleb. Role plays must be modeled using transcripts from successful past sales calls, which will be provided upon request.

  • Leadership-Reviewed Sales Calls

    • Client must complete at least one (1) live sales call with Logan, Brandon, or Gino. Approval from one or more of these Sales Family leaders is required in order to advance.

  • Trial Call Period

    • Upon receiving approval and once the Client confirms they are ready, they must enter a ten (10) call trial period. During this time, the Client is expected to stop setting appointments and focus exclusively on closing.

  • Course Completion

    • Client must complete all Sales Family online training modules in full, as tracked and marked complete in the course portal.

    • And must complete all of these items for a total of 3 months prior to even requesting cancelation.

  • Revenue Contribution Requirement

    • Client must generate a minimum of twenty-five thousand U.S. dollars ($25,000 USD) in revenue (“cash collected”) for Sales Family through one of the following paths:

      • As a closer: by directly closing deals.

      • As a setter: by setting qualified appointments that result in closed deals.

If commissions earned outweigh your loan value, you will not qualify for loan cancellation or for Sales Family to cover your payment.

Cancelation Review Process

If the Client has completed all of the above requirements in full and is not satisfied with the outcome of the program, they may request a cancellation review. All cancellation requests are subject to verification of completed tasks and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Completion of the above criteria does not guarantee a cancellation but is the minimum threshold for consideration.

By enrolling in the Sales Family Training Program, the Client agrees to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.

 


 

Chargeback Policy

If a chargeback or dispute is submitted:

  • The client will be immediately removed from all program access and banned from future participation.

  • The client will remain financially responsible for the full balance of their agreement.

  • Sales Family reserves the right to pursue collection efforts and legal action for breach of contract if necessary.

Submitting a chargeback instead of following the proper refund request process is considered a direct violation of this agreement.

 


 

Ownership of Success

Full Control Over Sales Career: The client retains full ownership and control over their sales career, including all client relationships, leads, and sales data developed through the Sales Family Training program.
